What is My Little Finger Prints?

My Little Finger Prints is a family-owned and operated business that strives for Quality, Affordability and Uniqueness. 

Our Little Fingerprinters, Miss T and Miss E, are our driving passion behind our business. Spending more time with them, involving them in the business and teaching them the many different skills that will help them as they grow up.

At My Little Finger Prints, we believe that it is important to be part of the greater community.  It is for this reason that we proudly supply and support the businesses of others. You will find throughout our pages the links and products of other family-owned businesses we trust and can highly recommend.

Where is My Little Finger Prints Located?

My Little Finger Prints is located in Toowoomba, Queensland. We ship Australia wide through Australia Post and the occasional courier if the circumstances arise.

Is my data secure?

Yes, your data is secure when shopping with My Little Finger Prints. Not only do we have and securely update our  SSL Certificates and Firewalls that protect the data that you input into our website; we also use external 3rd party Payment Processing Systems (Square, PayPal, AfterPay) that have additional encryption/s that ensure that your data is safe and you can shop with peace of mind.

How can I pay for my items?

At the moment, My Little Finger Prints offers three forms of secure payment methods available:

EFTPOS through the Square system; PayPal and AfterPay (directed their own secure websites)

Can I return my item/s?

Yes, we do accept returns in special cases.  Under Australian Consumer Law, we are not obliged to accept returns for “incorrect choice” or “change of mind” so please choose your product/s carefully.

 We may, however, agree to exchange incorrectly ordered items that are still in brand new condition including the packaging (If an exchange is approved a 10-20% restocking fee will apply).

Any delivery and insurance costs to return the item/s to My Little Finger Prints are at your expense. This includes the liability for any lost delivery costs.  Any returns for incorrect choice or change of mind must be sent via registered post.

What are the Shipping and Delivery Options available?

We offer a variety of Standard and Express Delivery options for your products. Please see our dedicated Shipping Information page for more details and to see the different options available.

When will I recieve my order?

Please allow at least 3 business days for processing non-digital purchases and Shipping may take a further  3-10 business days for standard orders. Personalised order/s may incur a further 7-day delay in shipping time, due to design and creation.

What do I do if I don't receive my order?

All My Little Finger Prints products come registered with Australia Post (at our own expense) at the time of Delivery to ensure tracking and accountability not only for us but also our customers.

 

If you do experience a problem, however, the first step is to contact a member of our team via email.

Can I make changes to an order that I have already placed?

At My Little Finger Prints, we aim for consecutive and concise service. If you wish to make a change to a purchase that you have already made then you need to contact us as soon as possible; if anything can be done prior to shipping of your product we will endeavour to do so. If this is not possible then alternative arrangements will have to be made (if applicable).

What are the main advantages of using My Little Finger Prints?

The main advantages of using My Little Finger Prints is the knowledge and comfort in knowing that you are supporting not only one, but many small Australian businesses through your purchases. 

How are our products made? Where do the materials come from?

At My Little Finger Prints, we strive to obtain our materials from Australian Suppliers or other Australian Businesses (where possible)

Our items are designed and handcrafted into the final items available for purchase. This is achieved through handcrafting and machine ability. 

How do I make sure I order the right size?

At My Little Finger Prints, we are all about finding the right fit for your product. Any of our products that come in different sizes we have measured the circumference and the size information is available on the product page.

For example, if you are interested in a Gemstone Bracelet. All you need to do is measure around your wrist and choose a correlating size for comfort and convenience. 

What is the Fingerprint Collective?

The Fingerprint Collective is an online market room for small businesses and entrepreneurs to display and sell their items. 

It is a forward-thinking initiative to be a directory of Small and Handmade Businesses. The Fingerprint Collective is designed to provide a Market Room experience, to involve small businesses (in our region and around Australia) and promote healthy trade and stimulate the small business economy.
